Regarding [Ross's reply](https://es.discourse.group/t/what-should-the-categories-be/29/11) in the categories meta discussion, any objections to creating an `Annex B` category? I wanted to specifically ask in the delegates-only area due to some sensitivity I've detected around annex b discussions in the past.
