I'm an invited expert (it doesn't show up on discourse?) but I can champion it yes, and got interest in-person at the plenary currently on-going. Would you be willing to transfer the proposal repository to my user (@canadahonk) to champion? I'm working on a new draft of the spec which is quite different, following modern TC39 requirements. You'll keep co-author credit throughout of course.
