The org link at Ecma TC39 · GitHub currently links to https://www.ecma-international.org/memento/tc39-rf-tg.htm, which doesn't have much useful content.

It would be better to link to https://tc39.es, and that page can link to https://www.ecma-international.org/memento/tc39-rf-tg.htm somewhere in it.

This will make these forums more discoverable, etc.

Good call. I've updated the github org link. If you could file an issue or PR on https://github.com/tc39/tc39.github.io to add the link, that'd be great.
